You can reach us online, by text, or by email. - Rescheduling more than 48 hours in advance — always complimentary. - Cancelling more than 48 hours in advance — a small platform processing fee applies; your deposit will be refunded. - Changes within 48 hours of your appointment — your deposit will be retained, as it compensates your aesthetician for the reserved time. - Arriving more than 15 minutes late — your appointment will be released and your deposit retained, so every guest enjoys a full, unhurried experience.
