Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy Dear Guest, To honor every appointment and the time your aesthetician reserves exclusively for you, we kindly ask for at least 48 hours' notice for any changes. You can reach us online, by text, or by email. - Rescheduling more than 48 hours in advance — always complimentary. - Cancelling more than 48 hours in advance — a small platform processing fee applies; your deposit will be refunded. - Changes within 48 hours of your appointment — your deposit will be retained, as it compensates your aesthetician for the reserved time. - Arriving more than 15 minutes late — your appointment will be released and your deposit retained, so every guest enjoys a full, unhurried experience.
