Refill services are designed to maintain your lash set and keep your look fresh and full. Pricing is based on the time since your last appointment: • Within 2 weeks: 50% of the original full set price • Within 3 weeks: 70% of the original full set price • 4 weeks or longer: charged as a full set Please note that anime-style lash sets are not eligible for refills due to their complexity and retention cycle. A refill session is treated as a detailed maintenance service and may involve a significant refresh of your existing set. This deposit will be applied toward your final service cost.

Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy Dear Clients, To ensure the profitability of our spa and the continuity of our staff's work, including accommodating clients who wish to book but cannot secure a slot, we have established the following cancellation and rescheduling policy: All appointment changes or cancellations must be communicated to Cathéa Elite Skincare at least 48 hours in advance. You can reach us online, via text message, or through email. If you cancel your appointment more than 48 hours in advance, a cancellation fee will be charged to you. This fee is imposed by the platform and is not collected by us. However, rescheduling your appointment more than 48 hours in advance will incur no charges. If you do not provide the required notice within the 48-hour timeframe, your deposit will be forfeited. This deposit compensates our beauticians for their time loss. To ensure each client enjoys a premium experience, if you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be automatically canceled, and your deposit will not be refunded.
